A project sprint to design the Invitation Suite for the LA Phil’s yearly Gala at Walt Disney Concert Hall within the theme of Homecoming.
We approached the project with a sense of color and play; working with the shapes of the concert hall to create a lively pattern. We leveraged flexible printing processes that would allow for the switch out of key information as it came in, right up to our short print deadline. The result was an invitation suite that went from brief to print in 6 weeks. The final suite was printed on 100# Classic Crest Smooth Cover stock and utilized a metallic and 6 additional pantones and a converted die cut mailing envelope to create a design system that felt both celebratory and timeless.
